About The Position

This role requires strong expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse architecture and administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various Snowflake features and a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse architecture and administration
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake features such as Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Dynamic Tables, External Stages, Cloning, Time Travel, and MultiCluster Warehouses
• Strong SQL and Data Warehousing concepts
• Data Modeling experience including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Facts, Dimensions
• Experience implementing SCD Type 1, Type 2, and surrogate key strategies
• Hands-on experience with CDC, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data migration projects
• Experience with Snowflake performance tuning, query optimization, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of semistructured data handling (JSON, XML, VARIANT, LATERAL, FLATTEN)
• Experience integrating Snowflake with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Strong understanding of RBAC, Data Governance, Data Masking, and Security best practices
• Experience with Python and orchestration tools
