About The Position
Seasonal position at June Mountain. The Journeyman operator is a skilled position responsible for trail grooming, trail grading, and push projects. The ideal candidate should have 1000+ hours of snowcat operational experience, be self-motivated, and capable of basic job-related troubleshooting. Potential for graveyard shifts (12:30 am - 8:30 am) exists.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1000+ hours of snowcat operation experience
- Ability to work independently trail grooming, trail grading, and push projects
- Strong verbal communication skills and adequate writing abilities
- Operator must be able to complete PistenBully Pro-Academy; Entry- Level Snow Grooming
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations
Nice To Haves
- Winch cat experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Independently perform trail grooming
