About The Position

Snow Zone Manager Founded in 2011, DCPS is a commercial property services contractor providing services to over 1,100 clients. DCPS leverages unparalleled customer service to be the leading, one-stop provider of commercial property services in Colorado. With multiple offices, more than 300 employees, and 7 divisions – Asphalt and Concrete, Waterproofing and Specialty Coatings, Roofing, Snow Removal and Parking Lot Sweeping, Landscaping, and Construction, DCPS provides specialized, integrated service-solutions to commercial property owners and managers. Position Summary The Snow Zone Manager is responsible for overseeing snow removal operations across an assigned zone of properties during winter weather events. This role manages crews, coordinates routes, ensures quality control, and maintains accurate documentation to support operations and billing. Success in this position is defined by efficient storm execution, strong crew leadership, and consistent service quality across all assigned sites.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call snow events.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in snow operations, field operations, or related environment
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and extended hours during storms

Nice To Haves

  • Snow removal, management experience, or related field experience preferred.
  • Operations leadership experience preferred for Zone Manager positions.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience managing crews or leading teams in a field setting preferred
  • Experience with snow routing, logistics, or zone management
  • Experience with SiteFotos, time tracking systems, or similar tools
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate trucks, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate labor crews and service partner during snow events (Zone Manager).
  • Document complete work using mobile applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform quality control inspections before, during, and after snow events.
  • Prepare equipment, supplies, and properties before storms and restore sites afterward.
  • Maintain communication with Territory Managers and assist with operational planning.
  • Follow all company safety procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
