  • Expert working knowledge of Snow Sports internal and external systems including RTP, Flaik, iCIMS, UKG, Concur, and the Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with social media platforms and openness to emerging technologies that improve how we operate.
  • Proven ability to build, interpret, and communicate analytical reporting that drives business decisions across revenue, labor, product performance, and guest experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards across multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with the ability to evolve with changing systems, processes, and organizational needs.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain performance reporting across revenue, product mix, enrollment, and labor-to-revenue ratios — delivering regular management packages that equip the Director and leadership team to evaluate school performance, measure progress against goals, and make strategic adjustments with confidence.
  • Analyze guest participation trends, training metrics, and product performance with a long-term lens, translating data into actionable recommendations that support decisions around program development, pricing, and scheduling season after season.
  • Lead all snow sports product build processes in collaboration with the Mountain Commerce team — ensuring every product is built accurately, on time, and aligned with school strategy so guests can be fully served from the moment they book.
  • Partner with the Marketing team and school’s management team to ensure all communication campaigns are set up by product, creating a seamless guest experience at every touchpoint and empowering every channel to accurately represent what we offer.
  • Oversee payroll administration for the Snow Sports School and competitive services teams — establishing consistent daily and weekly routines across every base area so that accuracy is a built-in standard, not an afterthought.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Human Resources and Payroll, partnering to build and maintain efficient processes for hiring, onboarding, records management, and separation that develop team members from their very first day and through every stage of their journey.
  • Own all team member benefit programs — including ski exchange letters and instructor certification reimbursements — ensuring timely, accurate distribution that reflects the school’s genuine commitment to developing and taking care of its people.
  • Partner with the management team to design and implement processes — such as uniform distribution and collection — that create genuine ease for team members and reflect a service-first attitude toward the people who make the guest experience possible.
  • Serve as the primary Flaik and RTP resource for leads across all base areas — training them on systems, building their confidence in day-to-day platform management, and ensuring they are equipped to handle their line-of-business responsibilities independently and with excellence.
  • Partner with leads to establish consistent payroll review routines at the line-of-business level — developing shared accountability so that daily payroll approval is a reliable, everyday practice regardless of who is on shift.
  • Serve as a key operational partner to the Director — providing regular reporting on school performance, payroll, product build status, and HR activity so the Director has the information needed to make informed decisions at the department level.
  • Collaborate with the Director on financial planning, accounts payable, and strategic administrative initiatives, approaching each project with attention to detail and a commitment to outcomes that support the long-term health of the school.
