Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Two years of driving experience with a clean record required.
Reliable transportation to various job sites.
Ability to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, such as shoveling and lifting.
Punctual, dependable, and a team player.
Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading a crew preferred.
Experience with shoveling.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage other sidewalk crew members.
Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and other areas as assigned for both residential and commercial sites using company supplied equipment.
Apply salt or other de-icing materials to ensure safe walking conditions.
Work efficiently and safely to meet all deadlines and requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
Report any hazards or areas needing attention to dispatch or supervisors.
Maintain good attendance and arrival as promptly as possible for each snow event you are called for.
