Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old (21+ for Class C drivers).
- Strong communication and professionalism on the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Certification required for Loader Operator and Skid Steer Operator roles.
- Class C License required for Area Manager / Salt Truck Driver role.
- Valid driver’s license required for Snow Foreman role.
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer or loader equipment for snow removal.
- Ensure communities remain safe and accessible during snowy seasons.
- Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
