Snow Area Manager
About The Position
Markstone Group is a landscape construction and snow removal contractor serving the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. The Snow Area Manager leads snow removal operations at sites in Oakville, Burlington, and Halton. This is a seasonal position with an expected start date of November 3, 2026, and a stated season running from November 15, 2026, to April 15, 2027. The role involves long shifts and being on call during storms, as well as monitoring weather and planning proactively. The position is performed in person, and a work vehicle is provided. The posted annual salary range is $90,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- Collaborative and supportive attitude.
- Determined and efficient approach to work.
- Previous snow removal experience.
- Valid G driver's license.
- Two years of supervisory experience (required).
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in the landscape or snow removal industry (preferred).
- Two years of snow shoveling or ploughing experience (preferred).
