About The Position

Concorde Education partners with schools to provide high-quality after-school programs led by passionate instructors. In this role, you will lead structured, hands-on sessions that introduce students to sneaker design, creativity, and the fundamentals of product design. Lead fun, interactive design activities for students in a flexible, part-time role. Classes typically meet once per week for about one hour, though some instructors choose to teach multiple programs per week depending on their availability. Concorde Education is hiring engaging instructors to lead enrichment classes that help students develop creativity, design thinking, and confidence in presenting their ideas. Instructors lead structured enrichment lessons using weekly plans while adapting activities to the needs and interests of the students.

Requirements

• Minimum 60 college credits completed
• Experience in design, fashion, footwear, art, or creative industries
• Experience working with youth (schools, camps, after-school programs, or tutoring)
• Strong communication and group facilitation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
