About The Position
The Snack Shop Attendant provides prompt, hospitable service to guests in a counter service setting. This role involves ensuring compliance with operational standards, company policies, and relevant laws. The attendant will demonstrate knowledge of the food and beverage menu, operate the cash register accurately, and provide exceptional customer service. They will also complete relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, and embody the company culture by exercising good judgment and being a role model.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years related experience
- Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Time Management
- Team Player
Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation.
- Operates cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Provides responsive exceptional customer service.
- Completes all relevant SOPs and Systems in Place.
- Adheres to proper safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Living our Culture; exercising good judgement and making the right decisions; being a role model within your operation.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
