Snack Shop Attendant
About The Position
The Snack Shop Attendant provides prompt, hospitable service to guests in a counter service setting. This role ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances. The attendant demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation, operates the cash register accurately and efficiently, and provides responsive, exceptional customer service. They complete all relevant SOPs and Systems in Place, adhere to proper safety and sanitation guidelines, and embody the company culture by exercising good judgment and making the right decisions, serving as a role model within the operation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years related experience
- Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Time Management
- Team Player
