About The Position

You’ll rotate through different tasks, help ensure our products meet quality and food safety standards, and keep your work area clean and organized. Requirements
- Must be 16 or older
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to identify and analyze problems and plan solutions
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to provide a positive work environment
- Ability to prepare and produce snack cup products to standards.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
Nice To Haves
- Experience with food manufacturing
- Bilingual a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform work activities with attention to the highest standards of food quality, safe processes, compliance with a focus on process improvement
- Responsible for producing snack cups and fulfilling orders
- Inspection and labeling of finished product
- Rotating job assignments throughout the production process
- Recognizing safety or quality problems
- Keeps work area and machines clean always
- Adjusting machine settings and quality system checks
- Perform all duties in an efficient manner
