About The Position

Fairfield Glade is seeking an energetic, organized, and guest-focused Snack Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Snack Bar outlets. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient service, ensuring food and beverage quality standards, leading staff, and delivering positive guest experience in a fast-paced casual dining environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume setting, values teamwork, and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality while maintaining operational efficiency. The Snack Bar Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Snack Bar, including staffing, customer service, inventory, cash handling, sanitation compliance, and overall outlet performance. This role ensures that guests receive quick, friendly, and consistent service while supporting the goals and standards of Stonehenge Grille.

Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage or hospitality supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Snack bar, café, concession, or casual dining management experience preferred
  • ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in golf course or club operations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Snack Bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Ensure all opening, closing, and daily operational procedures are properly executed
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation throughout the facility
  • Monitor food and beverage quality standards and communicate with kitchen staff as needed
  • Assist with seasonal business demands, tournaments, leagues, and club events
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate Snack Bar employees
  • Create staff schedules based on business volume and operational needs
  • Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff
  • Ensure team members maintain professionalism and excellent guest service standards
  • Deliver friendly, fast, and professional customer service
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Build positive relationships with members and guests
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the club’s hospitality standards
  • Oversee cash handling, register balancing, and daily deposits
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering products and supplies
  • Assist with payroll processing and labor management
  • Track daily sales and operational performance
  • Support cost-control initiatives and minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Maintain safe working conditions for staff and guests
  • Ensure all employees follow company policies and operational procedures
