Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting guests, answering menu questions, helping them choose items, and processing cash/card payments.
- Monitoring and replenishing paper goods, beverages, and snack displays to keep everything neat and organized.
- Properly disposing of trash and keeping your station sparkling clean in accordance with company standards.
- Receiving deliveries and organizing food items and supplies in their designated areas.
- Handling customer feedback or complaints with patience, grace, and exceptional customer service.
