About The Position

Entrada at Snow Canyon in St. George, Utah, is hiring a part-time Snack Bar Attendant for a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property. The attendant provides prompt, efficient, and personalized service to guests; prepares and serves food and beverages; maintains a clean and organized work area; and supports food servers and beverage cart attendants. The role also includes monitoring and stocking inventory, receiving and properly storing deliveries, reporting supply needs, handling point-of-sale purchases and cash or check transactions, and maintaining knowledge of applicable liquor laws and operating procedures. The attendant communicates guest concerns promptly to the Director, Food and Beverage and Chef, and reviews schedules and facility activities daily. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

• Must meet the age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Must have a Certified Food Handler's Card.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, efficiently, and in a personalized manner.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Monitor food and beverage products and control inventory through conscientious use.
• Receive vendor deliveries and ensure products are stored properly.
• Notify the department manager when supplies need to be ordered.
• Stock and inventory products.
• Answer customer questions about general facility information.
• Support food servers and beverage cart attendants to provide excellent service to members and guests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and management-provided standard operating procedures.
• Immediately communicate guest concerns or comments to the Director, Food and Beverage and Chef.
• Review schedule changes, the calendar of events, and facility activities daily.
• Process snack bar purchases using the EZLinks point-of-sale system.
• Account for cash and check transactions.
• Incorporate safe work practices into job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
