About The Position

This role is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages in various locations including the snack bar, beverage cart, and Caddie’s Cantina. The attendant will ensure prompt, efficient, and gracious customer service, handle transactions accurately, maintain adequate stock levels, and adhere to health, safety, and departmental regulations. The position also requires maintaining cleanliness and safety of work areas, practicing safe work habits, and attending mandatory meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • English fluency required.
  • Some experience in the food industry, with emphasis on fast food experience.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Organized and efficient.

  • Diplomatic and calm.

  • Bends, stoops, reaches, pushes, and pulls to perform routine job tasks.
  • Moderate use of stairs, daily.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in the snack bar, beverage cart, and Caddie’s Cantina.
  • Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Correctly open and/or close the snack bar according to specified procedures.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and gracious customer service, including taking orders, preparing food and beverages, and bussing tables.
  • Correctly handle all transactions according to specified procedures.
  • Maintain adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Meet health and safety regulations standards.
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the food and beverage department and Temecula Creek Inn.
  • Immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times.
  • Practice safe work habits to avoid injury to self and others.
  • Comply with company and departmental safety rules and regulations, including the proper handling of all relevant equipment.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.
  • Perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed.
