About The Position

This position is responsible for handling guest requests, using a POS system, and performing basic food service duties in a fast-paced environment. The role also involves general cleaning tasks, preparing supplies for other meal periods, and managing employee meal checks and spill tabs.

Requirements

• Ability to understand verbal English.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to handle guest requests.
• Ability to use a POS system.
• Knowledge of basic food service.
• Ability to handle, count, and balance cash registers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Successfully pass computerized employment testing and in-person interview.
• Willingness to participate in a 10-year criminal background check conducted by the FBI.

Responsibilities

• Understand and respond to guest requests and questions in English.
• Operate a POS system.
• Handle cash registers, including counting and balancing.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using approved products.
• Fold napkins for other meal periods.
• Maintain employee meal checks and "Spill" tabs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
