Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related engineering role.
- Four (4) years of experience in Embedded software engineering
- Four (4) years of experience in C, C++, Linux Shell Script, and Python
- Four (4) years of experience in Linux/Android Kernel features, Android HAL/HIDL, Android framework, Binder, Ashmem, Pmem, VTS/CTS, and Android Porting
- Four (4) years of experience in ARM Series, X86, Pico blaze as soft processors, and spartan3e.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and/or test electronic components and systems for semiconductor and related device manufacturing, employing knowledge of electronic theory.
- Design a complete and complex framework, system or product.
- Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
- Conceive system interfaces and business application prototypes.
- Identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses.
- Influence the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems.
- Provide multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.
- Evaluate all aspects of the process flow from high-level designs to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power use.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Drive projects or processes of significant technical importance.
- Exercise independent judgment within defined company procedures and practices to select methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Utilize knowledge of computers and electronics, including circuit boards, processors, chips, and electronic equipment, as well as knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles, best practices, and technologies to the design, development, and testing of various AMD products.
