SMT Board Assembly Technician

The primary responsibility of the PCBA/SMT Assembly Technician is to test, rework and assemble circuit boards with an emphasis on high quality & efficiency.
Requirements
- No prior assembly experience is necessary. Will train the right person(s). However, basic knowledge of soldering and electronics is a PLUS.
- Ability to multi-task and be FLEXIBLE is a MUST.
- This is a fast paced and dynamic environment, offering first hand experience in small electronics assembly.
Nice To Haves
- Attention to detail, time management, & problem-solving skills
- Experience in PTH population and soldering
- Experience in SMD solder paste printing & SMD hand population
- Consistent work habits, including reliability, punctuality, honesty, & self-motivation
- Experience with Google’s Suite of Products (i.e. GMail, Google Calendar, Docs, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to participate in team events
Responsibilities
- Assemble & rework circuit boards
- Test circuit boards
- Quality control inspection of all completed batches
- Maintain an organized & clean work space
