About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level SMT Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and inspection of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). While previous SMT/manufacturing experience is helpful but not required, on-the-job training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to begin a career in electronics manufacturing with opportunities to advance into SMT machine operation, inspection, or manufacturing engineering support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Strong computer and written skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small electronic components
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a Hi-Rel or relative environment
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings
• Great communication skills and ability to work both independently and team environment
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards
• Familiarity with electronic components

Nice To Haves

• Previous SMT/manufacturing experience
• Basic soldering experience

Responsibilities

• Assembly and inspection of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
• Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use microscopes or magnification equipment.
• Read and interpret assembly documents and engineering drawings.
