About The Position
Arden's Garden is looking for part-time and full-time baristas at our Piedmont Park location in Atlanta, GA. This role involves serving guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating remarkable customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, enjoy working with people, be a great multitasker, and possess excellent customer service skills. Prior experience in sales or the food industry is preferred.

- Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies
- Share nutritional knowledge with customers
- Ensure Loss Prevention
- Develop strong relationships with customers
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Assist with store operations
