We are hiring for a SECOND SHIFT - Stevens location. Hours are: 2:30pm - 11:00pm (with some mandatory OT & Saturdays). This is a full-time position. Days and standard hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, with frequent Saturdays and overtime as required.

Requirements

Must be able to lift over 50lbs repeatedly.
Must be able to push and pull levered weight carts between 25 lbs. and 1,500 lbs.
Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and grasp routinely throughout shift.
Must safely use smokehouse cleaning chemicals & appropriate PPE to clean smokehouse ovens.
Keeps work area neat, clean, and hazard-free.
Consistent & reliable attendance.
A good understanding of health and safety and basic hygiene rules.
Complete required smoked house documentation paperwork, prevent and minimize rework/inedible.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be able to stand for long periods (10-12 hours).
Must be able to work in extreme environments, including refrigerated and excessive heat (between 18 and 100 degrees).
