About The Position

Our Smokehouse is responsible for supporting our meat and deli departments with a variety of meat products. Shift duties would be focused around preparing all types of meat product for shipment to all 11 locations. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, use good judgement and decision-making skills, have the ability to accomplish a variety of tasks independently, adapt to the workload within a fast-paced environment and be an individual who can multi-task, react, and change priorities as needed.

• Availability Mon – Fri 7am-3pm
• Minimum 32 hours/week
• Working in a consistently cold environment (35-45 degrees)
• Working with raw and cooked meat/seafood
• Adhering to strict food safety/sanitation regulations
• Constant repetitive motion/standing on feet for long periods of time
• Proper assembly of all food items
• Monitoring product quality
