About The Position

Prescient Edge is seeking a SME Target Analyst Reporter to support a Federal Government client. This position is contingent upon contract award. The role involves conducting advanced TDNA analysis and authoring formal SIGINT reports in accordance with Army and NSA reporting policy. The analyst will perform all senior analytical tasks associated with a TDNA position, utilizing NSA enterprise reporting tools like Grapevine or RAD to produce comprehensive SIGINT reports for national-level dissemination as EGRAMs. This includes complying with NSA, Director of National Intelligence, Intelligence Community Directives, and United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSIDs). Responsibilities also include editing analysts' draft reports for grammar and punctuation, performing analytical and technical quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) to meet NSA standards, and collaborating with appropriate NSA offices for pre-publication and equities review. The analyst will also maintain an understanding of customer requirements in coordination with the Government to ensure SIGINT reports meet those needs. The position may provide technical/management leadership, establish project goals, and direct activities for a client, including financial management, methods, and staffing. Interactions may involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management, with decision-making potentially having a critical impact on project implementation. Supervision of others may be required.

Requirements

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) status, defined as an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique, typically identified as recognized Industry leaders for a given area of expertise.
  • Reporting expertise at national level.
  • Technical SIGINT reporting.
  • Specialized certifications.
  • Completion of required NSA Courses NETA2402/NETA2108 (Analysis II), RPTG2238 (Basic Analytic Reporting), and RPTG4397 (Analytic Report Editing).
  • Completion of at least one of the following NSA courses: RPTG2235, RPTG3225, or RPTG3222 or equivalent curriculum.
  • Completion of recommended RPTG4398 (Report Releaser’s Course).
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced TDNA analysis.
  • Author formal SIGINT reports IAW Army and NSA reporting policy.
  • Conduct all senior analytical tasks associated with TDNA position.
  • Use appropriate NSA enterprise reporting tools, such as Grapevine or RAD, to produce well-written, comprehensive SIGINT reports for dissemination to consumers as national-level EGRAMs.
  • Disseminate intelligence reports to customers in compliance with applicable National Security Agency, and Director of National Intelligence guidelines.
  • Adhere to Intelligence Community Directives and United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSIDs).
  • Edit analysts' draft reports to create final intelligence reports with correct grammar and punctuation requiring little-to-no editing prior to publication.
  • Perform analytical and technical quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) on all draft reports to ensure that reports achieve NSA standards for analytical integrity, approved analytical tradecraft, sourcing, and style.
  • Perform analytical collaboration, coordination, and pre-publication and equities review with appropriate NSA offices and organizations.
  • In coordination with the Government, maintain understanding of customers' requirements to ensure that final SIGINT reports satisfy customers' requirements.
  • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or assignments.
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
  • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
