Job Description: Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Bethesda, Maryland area. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy. The Analyst will conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights. Primary Responsibilities: Analysts in this position will draft all-source assessments at a high tempo, which requires strong research and analytic writing skills. Successful candidates should be familiar with global economic and commercial issues, including supply chain bottlenecks and dependencies. Analysts will provide products to a government customer that supports national-level policymakers on issues related to economic security and emerging technology. The primary products will be three-to-five-page assessments, talking points, and briefings, which are subject to peer review and Intelligence Community (IC) coordination. Requirements: Active TS/SCI with polygraph. Bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of applicable experience is required, or a Master’s degree with 10-13 years of applicable experience. Additional experience can be substituted for degree requirement. Experience writing tactical intelligence assessments, talking points, policy prep books, and preparing briefings. Knowledge of economic statecraft tools including export controls, investment restrictions, foreign assistance, and trade policies. Familiarity with economic and commercial datasets. Experience working with various classified and open-source databases. Familiarity with ICD-203 standards. Experience coordinating products with multiple IC partners. Pay Range: Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
