SMB Construction Success Manager
About The Position
Fieldwire is seeking a field-based or office-based construction professional with experience using software to plan and manage construction projects. The SMB Construction Success Manager advises and guides small and medium-sized customers through platform deployments, training, workflow consultation, and ongoing engagement to support customer satisfaction and account expansion. The role uses construction industry experience to understand client objectives and processes, help customers get value from Fieldwire, and remove roadblocks throughout deployment and support. This fully remote role is based in the United States.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional construction industry experience, preferably combining field and office management roles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
- Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues.
- Comfort communicating with people ranging from foremen to senior-level managers.
- Basic understanding of construction processes from design through completion.
- General understanding of how parties on a construction project interact to achieve a successful schedule and budget.
- Ability to brainstorm creative solutions to client issues based on their needs.
- Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and using the platform.
- Understand clients’ construction needs and technology stacks, and integrate Fieldwire into their day-to-day workflows.
- Build relationships with small and medium-sized customer accounts and proactively identify pain points and opportunities to increase value from Fieldwire.
- Conduct web-based training and demonstrations to educate clients about Fieldwire.
- Identify customer issues and communicate product feedback to the product team.
- Troubleshoot product questions and technical issues.
