We're looking for a high-efficiency SMB Account Executive who can close inbound deals at scale while managing a renewal book of business. This isn't a traditional hunter role—you'll be qualifying and converting warm inbound leads, helping us build a seamless renewals motion, and identifying and implementing automation opportunities to 10x your impact. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Inbound Engine: Leads are flowing from our 300K+ strong product community and existing customer base; you’ll turn that demand into revenue without endless cold-call grinds. Own the SMB Business Segment for Reforge Learning: You’ll work closely with the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success team on playbooks and processes but fully own our result in SMB. Sell to Product Leaders: Our buyers are PMs, Product Ops, VPs Product & CPOs. If you love chatting building, roadmaps, and feedback loops, you’ll feel right at home. Build an AI-Native Go-To-Market: Reforge is helping product teams become AI-native and to lead in the market we will need to develop an AI-native buyers journey. The SMB business segment is where we will test and learn.
