We are seeking a Sales Associate to play a crucial role in the SpendHound team. As a Sales Associate, you will join the go-to-market team of this new division and assist in acquiring new clients. Your responsibilities will include qualifying and following up with inbound leads and marketing qualified opportunities, and proactively generating leads through outbound activity. You are then responsible for managing a full sales cycle and closing those new business opportunities. This role is part of a new start-up team, but with the resources of a larger company. As such, you will gain experience in an earlier-stage sales environment with frequent iteration and the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities outside the general scope of your work. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and advancement within a brand-new segment for the company. In this role, you’ll gain experience in: Running a full sales cycle from initial outreach all the way to close Working on both inbound and outbound opportunities Selling to C-level executives Working in a startup environment, you’ll be part of a small team going to market on a totally new product
