About The Position

The successful candidate is a key member of the equipment team responsible for working closely with the Equipment Manager and Director of Equipment Services in overseeing the management, maintenance, and efficient utilization of the company’s specific fleet. This role ensures optimal performance, compliance with safety standards, and cost-effective operations of all assets.

Requirements

• Strong organization and communication skills
• 2-3 years' experience in similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related degree, preferred
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Experience with Vista, preferred

Responsibilities

• Managing Inventory
• Train drivers on safe operating practices and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on vehicle and equipment inspections, licenses, and certifications.
• Interacting with varying departments and vendors
• Reviewing, analyzing, and researching purchases
