About The Position

Promote programs to members and participants, plan and deliver educational group classes, instruct classes in accordance with standards and best practices of the format, record participant counts, distribute and collect program evaluations, and maintain minimum class attendance standards. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Nationally Recognized Group Exercise Certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NETA, AFAA) and/or specialized format certification (SilverSneakers, Zumba, LesMills, etc.)
• Complete required certifications within 60 days of hire
• Complete all required Branch and Position specific trainings as required within two weeks of hire
• Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in related role preferred
