The Small Group Programs Lead is responsible for organizing, scheduling, marketing, and educating staff about the JumpStart Program and Club360 Classes, Programs, and Events. This role involves accurately reporting attendance and payroll, driving program booking percentages, and teaching a significant portion of the small group programs. The Lead will also dedicate a minimum of 5 office hours per week to marketing, staff training, recruitment, program planning, and meetings during prime times. Additionally, they are responsible for organizing quarterly Membership Engagement Events/Challenges and monthly Membership Appreciation Events.
