About The Position

The Small Group Programs Lead will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, marketing, and educating staff about the JumpStart Program and Club360 Classes, Programs, and Events. This role involves driving program booking percentages, upgrades, and membership increases. The Lead will also teach a significant portion of the small group programs, ensuring classes are offered at various times to meet club needs. Additionally, they will complete a minimum of 5 office hours per week for marketing, staff training, recruitment, program planning, and meetings, to be completed during prime times. Meeting marketing deadlines, distributing content across platforms, and communicating with staff are key responsibilities. The Lead will also organize a minimum of one Membership Engagement Event/Challenge per quarter and a Membership Appreciation Event each month.

Requirements

Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer
Minimum of Group Programs or Exercise Experience
Fluent in Social Media Platforms
Required to travel 3 nights per Quarter for Trainings

Responsibilities

Organizing, Scheduling, Marketing and Educating Staff about the JumpStart Program
Organizing, Scheduling, Marketing and Educating Staff about the Club360 Classes, Programs and Events
Properly reporting attendance numbers and payroll reports bi-weekly
Driving program booking percentages at POS, upgrades after consultation completion and increases in Premium Plus memberships
Teaching a minimum percentage of the small group programs
Completing a minimum of 5 office hours per week for marketing, training staff, recruiting staff, planning programs, meetings, trainings and more
Meeting deadlines for marketing and properly distributing marketing content on all platforms and communicating to staff
Organizing a minimum of 1 Membership Engagement Event / Challenge Per Quarter
Organizing a Membership Appreciation Event Held on the Last Monday of Each Month
