About The Position

We are an established Canadian facility, maintenance company. We provide a variety of services to large retail and commercial businesses nationally. The Department Purpose/Function is to ensure superior customer service for all equipment by running an efficient operation of mechanical services to our equipment in accordance with company quality standards, programs and procedures. This Field service technician will carry out all floor cleaning equipment repairs and maintain an efficient preventative maintenance program required by the Corporation to ensure excellent quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Onsite repairs of floor cleaning equipment.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program.
• Manage inventory of parts in the vehicle.
• Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity.
• Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are observed at all times.
