If you think a trend report is genuinely exciting, read budget variances for fun, and have the emotional intelligence to coach entrepreneurs out of 'crazy town' without taking their resistance personally—we need to talk. You will step in as the fractional CFO/Controller for a dedicated roster of up to 30 clients (gross revenues mostly under $10MM). Zero Sales/Marketing: We do 100% of the hunting. You focus entirely on delivery and relationship building. The Schedule: Completely remote. ~60 hours/month of client-facing time (via Zoom/phone) plus independent file prep and internal alignment. The Execution: Analyze financials to spot trends and risks, go toe-to-toe with bookkeepers to fix messy data, and deliver hard truths to the business owner with a mix of radical candor and humor.
