The main purpose of this job is to assist specialists and internal partners across the market with calling activities, credit/portfolio requests, account management/maintenance, and community events. This role involves contacting customers to retain and expand relationships using a Consultative Selling approach, executing Credit/Portfolio tasks, facilitating loan closings, and resolving customer maintenance/management tasks. The representative will also participate in community and business functions to promote the bank's image and establish Centers of Influences (COIs), review preliminary credit approval summaries, and evaluate appraisal annual review requirements. Additionally, they will support Specialists with prospecting, cross-selling, business development, and structuring loans.
