About The Position

Neat is seeking an SMB Account Manager to be based in Seattle, covering Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. This role is responsible for driving continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers, leveraging regional networks to uncover new business, attending events, and acting as an ambassador for Neat. The position involves evaluating territory and vertical opportunities, taking ownership of the strategic approach for the area, staying updated on market trends and competitor landscapes, and feeding market insights back to product and development teams. The role also includes acting as a trusted colleague, providing mentorship and coaching, and defining, designing, and iterating sales processes to support the company's hyper-growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice
  • Regional experience of customers in small businesses
  • Scaling a fast-growth technology business a must
  • Designing strategic go-to-market plans
  • Developing new business, a track record in growing new business areas
