About The Position
Waynesville Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join their privately owned, multi-doctor practice. This role is suitable for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates looking for a supportive environment to develop their strengths and clinical interests. The practice offers strong mentorship, modern equipment, and a collaborative medical team, allowing veterinarians to pursue interests in wellness care, dentistry, reproductive services, soft-tissue surgery, orthopedics, urgent care, or a diverse caseload.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio.
- Strong interest in small animal medicine.
- Willingness to work full-time (3 full days + 1 half day).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in wellness care, dentistry, reproductive services, soft-tissue surgery, orthopedics, or urgent care.
- Interest in a diverse caseload.
Responsibilities
- Develop strengths and clinical interests in various areas of veterinary medicine.
- Collaborate with other doctors and support staff.
- Practice efficient, high-quality medicine with confidence using provided tools and equipment.
