About The Position

This assignment will be responsible for, but not limited to, responsible for the assessment and coordination of personnel, equipment and inventory to meet daily productivity goals and timelines, ensures all standard operating procedures for the assigned area(s) are followed. A Supervisor is responsible for the directing of all associates in their assigned area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Adherence to safety principles at all times.
  • Know and follow standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks assigned.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Confer with management, production, or other departments to discuss shift notes, process specifications or procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department focused on Continuous Improvement Techniques.
  • Update and share weekly Manpower documents in the organization.
  • Participates in the meetings to make detailed plans to accomplish goals and the directing of the integration of Lean Management.
  • 5S work area.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment and coordination of personnel, equipment and inventory to meet daily productivity goals and timelines.
  • Ensuring all standard operating procedures for the assigned area(s) are followed.
  • Directing of all associates in their assigned area of responsibility.
  • Implementing and enforcing organizational values, philosophy, mission, strategy, policies, and organizational standards.
  • Applying procedures in the areas under responsibility to ensure compliance.
  • Improving business processes to make them robust and efficient.
  • Conferring with management, production, or other departments to discuss shift notes, process specifications, or procedures.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of standards and procedures for engineering and technical work, focused on Continuous Improvement Techniques.
  • Updating and sharing weekly Manpower documents.
  • Participating in meetings to make detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of Lean Management.
  • Maintaining a 5S work area.
