About The Position

The SLP works in the Inpatient Rehab Department at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role includes conducting thorough and efficient evaluations using appropriate tests and measurements; setting functional, realistic, measurable goals and supporting patients’ consistent achievement of those goals; designing functional treatment plans that reflect prescribed therapy and applicable reimbursement issues; and re-evaluating and discharging patients within appropriate time frames.

Requirements

• MA/MS degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Must currently hold, or be completing, a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Florida state licensure or a temporary permit in the State of Florida is required.
