About The Position

Perform routine maintenance and repair on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware under supervision and continued on-the-job training. Handle common floor calls independently while working toward competency and proficiency. Perform immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance; diagnose and repair machine faults; isolate electronic faults at board level and refer them to a senior-level slot technician. Read and accurately apply repair manuals and other equipment-related materials, communicate effectively by two-way radio, and maintain working knowledge of new slot products and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions of gaming machines.
• Must be able to work with various hand tools and power tools.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to stoop over, kneel, and crouch while repairing gaming machines.
• Must be able to push and pull machines and maneuver weights up to 80 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in slots or a related field, or graduation from slot repair school or a similar course of study, is strongly preferred.
