About The Position
The Slot Technician is responsible for the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and repair of gaming equipment in the casino by maintaining the integrity of the operations and related equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit
- Knowledge of hand tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read simple instructions
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Ability to work under frequent pressure in an interrupting environment
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and proper preventative maintenance of all slot machines
- Assists in machine moves, installations, and removals
- Changing/replacing bulbs
- Cleaning card readers, printers and bill validators
- Maintaining wiring and slot bases
