About The Position
Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all Electrical and Mechanical Slot Machines under the direction of the Slot Technician Manager.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Electronics experience and/or Electronics degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the floor repair of all Slot Machines, and proper Preventative Maintenance which includes cleaning machines, player tracking equipment, overhauls, etc. in accordance with Gaming Regulations.
- Handles the initial set-up and check out new slot machines.
- Assist the Slot Technician Manager in the breakdown, relocation, reset up, and new installs of all slot machines and stands to be relocated.
- Learn daily routine and demonstrate safe handling and moving of all Slot Machines.
- Assists Server Specialists in verifying jackpots and paper fills as needed.
- Assists in ensuring machine integrity when jackpots occur and at other times requested.
- Knowledge of local jurisdiction Gaming Laws (Federal, State, etc.) and attendant regulations as well as Company’s internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Brings disputes and unusual Guest activities to the attention of the Shift Manager.
- Promotes positive Guest Relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- Responsible for investigating slot machine disputes.
- Duties may include keeping a log of all repair work and noting problematic slot machines.
- Keep all areas clean & sanitized as directed.
- Maintains a consistent and regular attendance record.
- Other duties as necessary to ensure smooth operations
