About The Position
Legends Bay Casino is hiring a Slot Technician I. No gaming experience is required. If you are hands-on with related experience, enjoy troubleshooting, and want to work in a fast-paced environment, we’ll provide the training to get you there. This is a stable, hands-on technical career with training, not just a job, where you will work with advanced gaming technology.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to learn electronics (AC/DC knowledge is a plus, not required)
- Must be 21+ (gaming requirement)
- Registration with the Gaming Control Board – transfer existing or obtained during hiring process
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests, coworkers, and management in a friendly manner
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Comfortable in a casino environment (noise, lights, smoke)
- Able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and cleaning on slot machines
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical components (training provided)
- Assist with machine moves, installs, and conversions
- Support floor operations for guests
- Help resolve guest issues related to machines
- Follow all gaming regulations and company procedures
