About The Position
Slot Technician I Are you hands-on, tech-savvy, and passionate about troubleshooting electronics? In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting slot machines and gaming equipment to ensure an exceptional guest experience and maximum game uptime. As a Slot Technician I, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the performance and reliability of our gaming floor.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience using smartphones, tablets, and touchscreen technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technical software
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Must comply with all gaming regulations and company policies
- Strong communication and guest service skills required
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of Slot Technician or related technical experience preferred
- Electronics or PC technical degree/certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of slot systems and gaming equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Install, relocate, maintain, and repair slot machines and gaming equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain repair records
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic gaming equipment to the component level
- Respond quickly to machine malfunctions and technical issues
- Assist with slot machine conversions and new game installations
- Partner with Slot Operations and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
- Investigate slot variances and help resolve technical concerns
- Maintain and secure all company-issued equipment including keys, radios, and handheld devices
- Assist guests with machine-related questions and provide outstanding customer service
- Attend required trainings and stay current on gaming procedures and compliance requirements
