A successful Change Attendant must provide exceptional guest service to our guests and adhere to all Gaming control policies and procedures. This role involves ensuring the assigned area is neat and clean, monitoring slot equipment for proper use and maintenance, greeting players, accommodating their needs, monitoring and paying jackpots, assisting with change machines, and handling guest complaints fairly.
