About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to reach, carry, and deliver change to guests and to maintain a slot bank.

• Ability to work in a noisy, smoking environment.
• Must successfully pass a job-related test.
• Must present a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain, maintain, and retain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant atmosphere for guests and provides superior guest service at all times.
• Interacts with guests; provides instruction on the operation of slot machines.
• Resolves guest issues through the use of appropriate communication channels.
• Handles monetary transactions quickly and accurately.
• Performs and verifies jackpots according to approved and established procedures.
• Assesses the condition of slot machines that indicate service is needed.
• Maintains a working knowledge of promotions.
• Assists supervisor with duties, as needed.
• Complies with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Completes appropriate logs and reports.
• Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained; assists with maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Performs minor machine repairs.
• Maintains an adequate level of supplies in work areas.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
