About The Position
The Slot Casino Host is responsible for greeting guests, recognizing frequent guests, and ensuring they have contact information for future needs. This role involves explaining promotions, programs, current giveaways, and the benefits of using a player's card to all guests. Key responsibilities include improving guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, and maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP guests. The host should be familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field, relying on experience and judgment to achieve goals. The position involves a variety of tasks, may include leading and directing others, and requires a high degree of creativity and latitude. The host will also have the ability to approve credit and manage guest reinvestments, develop and increase guest visits and play habits, file events based on play criteria, and acquire new and inactive business.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Available to work the shifts necessary to complete functions and responsibilities
- Must be able to obtain Gaming Registration
- Must be professional and maintain confidentiality to surveillance operations and activities
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately under high stress situations
