Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Strong customer service, math, and counting skills required
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced, demanding environment with a secondary smoke element, and elevated noise level
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. is required
Responsibilities
- Monitoring casino floor activity to ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Managing monies paid out by slot machines
- Trading currency for casino guests
- Monitoring transactions and reporting possible fraud to supervisors
- Minor machine repairs and housekeeping duties
- Courteous and timely customer service
