From celebrating jackpot wins to answering questions and resolving machine issues, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional casino experience.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and a passion for guest service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability, attention to detail, and strong cash-handling accuracy.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn slot machine operations.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to every guest.
  • Accurately process slot machine jackpots and complete all required paperwork.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests and slot machine service calls.
  • Perform minor slot machine troubleshooting and basic preventative maintenance.
  • Verify slot bank impress totals and complete opening and closing bank procedures.
  • Understand and respond appropriately to slot machine error codes.
  • Maintain an active presence on the casino floor, assisting guests with machine operation and gameplay.
  • Maintain accountability for assigned radios, keys, and other equipment.
  • Follow all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve leadership when appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
