About The Position

We are currently hiring a part time Slot Attendant/Bingo Runner to join our Chances Salmon Arm Team. In this position you will be at the forefront of customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our patrons. This position encompasses the responsibilities of a slot attendant, a Bingo Runner and a Bingo Caller.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional experiences.
Strong attention to cleanliness and maintaining a well-kept facility.
Familiarity with the Responsible Gambling (RG) program and effective communication with customers.
Ability to successfully obtain a Serving It Right certificate and a criminal record check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.
Must be 19+

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Promote the Responsible Gambling (RG) program to customers.
Conduct and verify bingo games, pay winnings, and assist with Bingo terminals.
Sell Bingo cards, explain game rules, and answer customer questions.
Monitor the Bingo Hall, address customer needs, and troubleshoot machine issues.
Validate TITO tickets, issue slot and lotto jackpots, handle currency exchanges, and reconcile cash floats.
Clearing bill and ticket jams and checking game and voucher histories to maintain game integrity.
Share weekly and monthly promotions and events with customers.
Maintain cleanliness, report equipment issues, and address health and safety concerns.
