Requirements

Strong cash-handling experience or comparable accounting skills.
Ability to navigate the Oasis Ticket Redemption Center validation system.
Customer service experience, especially in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
A team-first mindset, strong personal organization, confidentiality, and self-motivation.
Commitment to maintaining an orderly workspace and following all policies and procedures.
Must be 21+ years old.
Pass and maintain compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check, and drug-free workplace requirements.

Nice To Haves

GED or High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
Serve as the official witness/authorizing signature for slot jackpot payments following department policies-and authorize guest services as outlined in complimentary procedures.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism, resolving issues or gathering the right information for the Coquille Tribal Gaming Commission to review.
Assist guests with currency exchanges for slot play.
Provide witnessing or authorizing signatures and help coordinate guest-satisfaction resolutions.
Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly.
